    About 200 people on Friday in Mexico City participated in the 5th Mexican Gay Youth March to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and the risks associated with unprotected sex, EFE News Service reports. Participants marched through the city's main streets chanting slogans, such as "Not One More Infected Person" and "Equal Rights for Young Homosexuals."
